Eligibility: Any Pennsylvania woman in the sophomore or junior class of an accredited college or university in a four year undergraduate degree program. Be in academic good standing and be a registered Democratic voter. Applicant must possess family Democratic Party background or be an active participant in the activities of the Democratic Party.
Award: Scholarship award to be used during the junior or senior year. The 2019 award presentation was Saturday, June 29, at the Memorial Scholarship Luncheon of the PFDW 92nd convention in Grantville, PA.
